Terms of sale and use

The Deal, In Plain Words

What you buy, what you can do with it, and what we do and do not promise.

Last updated: July 31, 2026

These terms cover what you buy from us, what you can do with it, and what we do and do not promise. Buying anything on this site means you accept them.

1. Who you are buying from

PPC Profits is operated and sold by ROAS Performance LLC (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the United States.

We are an independent business. We are not Google, we are not affiliated with Google, and nothing we sell is sponsored, endorsed, reviewed or approved by Google. Google and Google Ads are trademarks of Google LLC, used here only to describe what our material teaches you to do.

2. What you are buying

One-time purchases of digital products, delivered through a members account on this site:

  • The Local PPC Launchpad: a written course on planning, building and running Google Ads campaigns for local service businesses.
  • The Campaign Automation Vault: a set of Google Ads scripts with an installation guide.

No physical goods. No software service run by us. No subscription: nothing in this checkout can bill you again on its own.

3. How access works

Access is tied to the email address you buy with. After payment you get a members account on this site and you log in with that email. If the address on your order is wrong, or you cannot get in, write to support@ppc-profits.com and we will sort it out.

4. Payment and billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars, and your purchase is a single charge.

Your card or bank statement will show ROAS PERFORMANCE, not PPC Profits. If you are checking a charge, that is the line to look for.

5. Your license

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use what you bought for your own work, including in ad accounts you run as part of your job or your business.

You may not resell, republish, share, upload or redistribute the course material or the scripts, in whole or in part, and you may not share your login with people who have not bought. Access is per buyer. Do not try to scrape the members area, break its access controls, or pass credentials around. If access is shared or redistributed we may revoke it, and if we do, no refund is due.

What you build with the material is entirely yours. The campaigns you write, the accounts you run, the results you get: we claim nothing in them.

6. Google Ads is Google's product, and the ad spend is yours

Our material teaches you to use Google Ads. You buy advertising directly from Google, under Google's terms and pricing, and you pay Google, not us. We do not resell Google Ads, cannot support it, and cannot refund it.

Google changes its platform, its policies and its interface regularly. When that happens we update the material, but the account relationship stays between you and Google. Your ad spend is real money at risk, it sits in your own account under your own control, and it is separate from anything you pay us.

7. The scripts run in your account, under your responsibility

The Campaign Automation Vault ships scripts that you install and authorize in your own Google Ads account. So, plainly:

  • Scripts can change live campaigns: adjust bids and budgets, pause things, write labels. Read the guide and read the script before you run it on an account that matters.
  • Test on a low-stakes account first, and watch the first few runs before you leave anything on a schedule.
  • Google's scripting environment can change without notice, and a script that worked last month can break or behave differently.
  • You are responsible for the account, for Google Ads policy compliance, and for what the scripts do once you authorize them.

8. No income or results guarantee

This is the important one, so it is stated plainly: we sell educational material, not results.

What you get out of it depends on your business, your market, your competition, your budget, your offer, how you handle the leads, and the time you put in. Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of leads, sales, revenue, profit, or any particular return on ad spend.

Any example or figure shown anywhere on this site describes a particular situation. It is not a typical result, not an expected result, and not a forecast for you. Google Ads can lose money as easily as it makes money, and most of what you spend goes to Google, not to us.

9. What we promise, and what we do not

We promise the material is real, that it is written from actual practice rather than spun out of nothing, and that a human answers when you write to support.

Everything you buy is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Written material can contain errors and can go out of date as Google changes things. Scripts are code, and code can have bugs.

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses of any kind, including lost ad spend, lost leads, lost revenue, account suspensions, or changes a script made to your campaigns. Our total liability to you for all claims combined is limited to the amount you actually paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.

10. You accept the risk

By buying and using this material you accept the risks described above: you decide what to run, you control the budget, you review what a script does before authorizing it, and you accept the consequences of those decisions as your own.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROAS Performance LLC against any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the material, the campaigns you run, the scripts you install, or your use of third-party services such as Google Ads under their own terms.

Nothing we publish is legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.

11. Refunds

14 days, full refund, on every one-time purchase. The details are on the Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms.

12. Privacy

What we collect and who processes it is set out on the Privacy Policy page. Short version: we have no access to your Google Ads account, and we do not sell personal data.

13. Changes

Course material is updated as Google changes, which is the point of buying it from someone who still runs campaigns. These terms may also change. The version in force is the one published here on the day you buy, and material changes are not applied retroactively to purchases already made.

14. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which ROAS Performance LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Questions first, lawyers later. Write to support@ppc-profits.com and we will try to sort it out directly.

Sold by ROAS Performance LLC. See also the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Contact pages.
