If what you bought is not what you needed, you get your money back. Within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason, without filling in a form or justifying yourself.
How to get a refund
Reply to your receipt email, or write to:
Tell us the email address you bought with. That is the whole process. There is no form, no exit survey and no retention script.
We confirm and process the refund within 48 hours of your request. It goes back through Stripe to the card you paid with. Depending on your bank, the money typically lands within 5 to 10 business days, and it shows against the ROAS PERFORMANCE line on your statement.
One honest note about the question we may ask.
These products are early, and the people asking for a refund can tell us more about what is wrong with them than anyone else can. So we may write back and ask one question: what did not work for you.
That question is optional, and it is never a condition. You do not have to answer it, argue with it, or reply at all. The refund is already approved the moment you ask. If you would rather just have your money back with no conversation, say so, and that is exactly what happens.
What this covers
Every one-time purchase on this site, including courses, scripts and any order bump or upgrade bought alongside them.
Each purchase carries its own 14 days, counted from its own purchase date. If you bought a second product a month after the first, that one gets a fresh 14 days.
What you keep, and what stops
What we sell is digital. When a refund is issued, your members-account access to that product ends.
Everything you built stays yours: the campaigns you set up, the scripts already installed in your own Google Ads account, and anything you wrote for your own business. We have no access to your Google Ads account and never did.
Your Google Ads spend is not ours to refund
What you spend on ads goes to Google, from your own account, under your own billing relationship with them. We never touch that money and cannot refund it. Only what you paid us for the material is refundable here.
That is worth knowing before you start: the course is the small number, and the ad spend is the real one.
Your statutory rights
Depending on where you live, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase, though for digital content that right can lapse once you have been given immediate access to it.
Our guarantee is granted independently of any of that: 14 days, full refund, whether or not you have opened, downloaded or worked through anything. You are never worse off than the statutory position.
The fair-use lines
- Repeat purchases. If the same person buys and refunds repeatedly, we may decline future purchases. One honest look is what the guarantee is for.
- Redistribution. Asking for a refund while sharing the material or the scripts with other people is not covered. See the Terms.
- Chargebacks. Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund by email is faster than a chargeback and it is the same money, minus the weeks of waiting.
